SHIPPING & RETURNS
A large majority of the collection is made using antique fabrics and materials. All idiosyncrasies, including wear, mending, and stains are part of the story of the fabric and overall garment.
To return any item, email firstname.lastname@example.org and include:
- Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
- Name on the order.
- Email address on the order.
- Your request.
** Please note** - Responsibility and cost for the safe return of the item rests with the customer. Unauthorised returns without approval via email will not be accepted.
We strongly advise you to return the item using a tracked service. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and inbound costs will not be covered. LOUTRE cannot expedite or track returned packages.
If you have received the correct order on LOUTRE.CORE items and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 14 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Items are refundable unless purchased from our LOUTRE.REWORK section or otherwise stated on the product description. Store credits are valid for five years from the date they were issued. Exchanges can be accommodated on a case by case basis. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please include this information in your email and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
International Customs & Duties
All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.
